Alex Henderson joined Stephens & Associates as a director in 2003, and became a partner in 2007. A graduate of Boston College Law School and member of the Massachusetts Bar, he spent nine years as International Counsel for Reebok, based in London and Boston. His primary role was the negotiation and drafting of agreements supporting Reebok’s growth as a major sponsor of UK and international sports teams, federations and athletes, including the company's landmark contract with Liverpool FC. He was also responsible for distribution and license agreements governing the company's worldwide sales, and those of its subsidiary Rockport and Greg Norman Collection businesses.

Since joining Stephens & Associates Alex has continued to focus on international distribution, licensing and trade mark enforcement issues for UK and US based clients, as well as advising a number of overseas distributors and licensees, sales agents and designers in their dealing with international brands. A keen sportsman and traveller, he speaks conversational French and Spanish and has worked in Chile and France.
